Refund Policy

Individual users may purchase prepaid interview credits (“Credits”) for AI practice interviews (“Practice Mode”). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable VAT. Buying Credits is a one-time payment — Practice Mode is not a subscription.

• One Credit is consumed when a practice interview starts. If an interview fails for technical reasons on our side, the Credit is automatically returned to your balance.
• If you leave or abandon an interview after it has started, the Credit is consumed — the service was made available to you and the related costs were incurred.
• Credits are personal and non-transferable, and do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase.
• If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days: we will refund the price of the Credits you have not yet used, to your original payment method, within 14 days of your request.
• By starting a practice interview you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the Credit consumed by that interview (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code).
• To request a refund or exercise your right of withdrawal, email vlcek@eprovement.com from the address linked to your account. Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
