1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Screenr, an AI-powered candidate screening platform operated by eprovement s. r. o. (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Operator”).

By accessing or using AI Screenr (https://app.aiscreenr.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Service: The AI Screenr platform available at https://app.aiscreenr.com, including all related features and functionality.
- User: Any person or entity that accesses or uses the Service, including Hiring Companies and Candidates.
- Hiring Company: An organization or individual that creates job postings and uses the Service to screen candidates.
- Candidate: An individual who participates in an AI-powered interview through the Service.
- Interview: An AI-conducted voice conversation with a Candidate, including any associated audio/video recordings, transcripts, and evaluations.
- Content: Any data, text, audio, video, scores, evaluations, or other material generated through or uploaded to the Service.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service as a Hiring Company, you must create an account using our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each account is intended for use by a single organization. You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.
4. Service Description
AI Screenr provides an AI-powered candidate screening platform that enables Hiring Companies to conduct automated voice interviews with Candidates. The Service uses artificial intelligence to ask questions, conduct follow-up inquiries, transcribe responses, and generate scored evaluations.
The Service includes job posting creation, interview link generation, AI voice interviews, automatic transcription, multi-dimensional scoring, candidate evaluation reports, and optional video recording.
5. Hiring Company Obligations
As a Hiring Company using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful recruitment purposes
- Provide accurate and non-discriminatory job descriptions
- Comply with all applicable laws, including employment law and anti-discrimination regulations
- Act as the Data Controller under GDPR for all candidate personal data processed through the Service
- Inform candidates that they will be interviewed by AI and that the conversation will be recorded
- Not use the Service to discriminate against candidates based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
- Ensure that AI-generated evaluations are reviewed by a human before any hiring decision is made
- Respond to candidate data access, correction, and deletion requests as required by GDPR
6. Candidate Rights & Obligations
As a Candidate participating in an interview, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will provide truthful and accurate answers during the interview
- The interview will be conducted by artificial intelligence, not a human
- The conversation will be recorded (audio, and optionally video) and processed by AI
- You consent to the recording and AI processing by starting the interview
- You may end the interview at any time by requesting the AI to stop
- You must not impersonate another person or provide false identity information
- You must not attempt to manipulate, deceive, or exploit the AI system
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data from the Hiring Company
7. AI-Generated Content
AI Screenr uses artificial intelligence to evaluate candidate interviews and generate scores, recommendations, and analysis. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated scores and recommendations are advisory tools only and do not constitute hiring decisions
- The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased evaluations
- No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose
- Human review of all AI-generated evaluations is required before making any hiring decision
- The Operator is not responsible for hiring decisions made based on AI-generated content
Important: AI Screenr is a screening assistance tool. All hiring decisions must be made by qualified human professionals. The AI evaluation is a recommendation only and must not be the sole basis for any employment decision.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by eprovement s. r. o. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
You retain ownership of all Content you upload to or create through the Service, including job descriptions, interview configurations, and branding materials.
By using the Service, you grant eprovement s. r. o. a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
Under GDPR, the Hiring Company acts as the Data Controller for candidate personal data, and eprovement s. r. o. acts as the Data Processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Discriminate against candidates based on any protected characteristic
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment and candidate screening
- Share interview links or results with unauthorized parties
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eprovement s. r. o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at vlcek@eprovement.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Upon account termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. The Hiring Company is responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain before account closure.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Hiring Companies of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
